Kulvinder bought her first property in London, in 2000. She soon realised that she had a passion for purchasing period properties and started buying multiple properties. She began her property journey as a landlord, however moved very quickly into reconfiguring, renovating, refurbishing and selling properties to maximise profits. She has built a strong network to help her source, evaluate, purchase, renovate and sell suitable profit-making projects.
